離心泵應該按照所輸送的液體進行選擇，并校核需要的性能，分析抽吸，排出條件，是間歇運行還是連續(xù)運行等。離心泵通常應在或接近制造廠家設計規(guī)定的壓力和流量條件下運行。泵安裝時應進行以下復查：

Centrifugal pump should normally be at or near the manufacturer's design requirements to run under the conditions of pressure and flow. Pump installation should be reviewed the following:
�、倩A的尺寸，位置，標高應符合設計要求，地腳螺栓必須恰當和正確地固定在混凝土地基中，機器不應有缺件，損壞或銹蝕等情況；
① the basis of size, location, elevation should meet the design requirements, anchor bolts must be properly and correctly fixed in the concrete foundation, the machine should not have missing parts, damage or corrosion and other conditions;
�、诟鶕�(jù)泵所輸送介質的特性，必要時應該核對主要零件，軸密封件和墊片的材質；
�、� According to the characteristics of the medium transported pumps, if necessary, should check the major components, shaft seals and gasket materials;
�、郾玫恼移�，找正工作應符合設備技術文件的規(guī)定，若無規(guī)定時，應符合現(xiàn)行國家標準《機械設備安裝工程施工及驗收通用規(guī)范》的規(guī)定；

�、芩信c泵體連接的管道，管件的安裝以及潤滑油管道的清洗要求應符合相關國家標準的規(guī)定。
